The hotel is good, location is strategic near the mall, easy too find. The pool is great has 3 pools, one is 1.15 meter depth, 1,55 meter depth, and the other one is pool with sand like on the beach, nice to kids for playing. The room is bigg, I choose the deluxe type, have 2 rooms for bed, one room with double bed and the other room with single bed, have kitchen but unfortunately with no cooking equipment, they only had us a microwave. Have a refrigerator. The cleanliness is good.

less for me, order a big business room with big expectation but in fact not. dark room "lots of cobwebs" dirty and looks gloomy, can be repainted and replace the lights and cleaned again yes. for breakfast not buffet it's okay but for drinks can be varied again with more choices

On March 31st, I stayed with my family in a Junior Penthouse type with 4 bedrooms. The size is indeed very spacious, but it turns out that this is an old apartment, so it looks gloomy and seems to be minimally maintained, even the balcony is dark and the door to the balcony cannot be opened/intentionally locked, making us a bit scared at night. What made us regret it, after returning from there, my 6-year-old nephew's whole body was itchy and had wounds from scratching. After being taken to the doctor, it turned out that he had been bitten by mites that are usually found on mattresses or sofas. I immediately remembered when he was sleeping on the apartment sofa which looked very dirty and had never been vacuumed. It must have been there, because it had never been like this before. Please, the management, even though the rental price of this apartment is cheap, don't neglect cleanliness. In the end, we as consumers have to spend money again for doctor's fees after returning from there. This is also detrimental to consumers. Sorry, I have to be honest, so that the management can improve themselves. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly and responsive... unfortunately, the hotel management should pay more attention to cleanliness, the floor of the room is dusty, the bathroom has no freshener. For the executive room, I think the service is inadequate.

1. I got a room on the 19th floor (2 Bedroom) and the corridor smelled quite bad like human waste. 2. The cleanliness of the room is still lacking, this is an old apartment/hotel, but it could be cleaner. 3. For amenities, there are only towels, soap-shampoo and toothpaste. 4. The deposit is quite large, 500 thousand rupiah with the condition of the room as it is. I don't know why but I think the room is quite scary 😁 Hopefully the cleanliness can be improved later so that the guests feel more at home, thank you.

The staff is friendly, it just takes a long time to check out. The first person to give the deposit documents is the last one to give them, so we have to wait a long time, the new person who just arrived was the first one, apart from that everything is ok.

At first I was hesitant to stay here because of the many negative reviews. It turned out that when we got there it was far from what we had expected. The hotel is family-friendly 😍 Check-in and check-out are fast, the staff are friendly, and the location is strategic for finding food. Even though the building is old, it is still worth it in our opinion.

The atmosphere and cleanliness of the room are good. Dining equipment is provided, need a kettle jug directly delivered to the room. The AC is really cold. The hot water works. It's satisfying to gather with family here. Guests need to be educated not to litter.

highly not recommended hotel... 4 stars feel like a guesthouse. too bad a city center hotel is like this. feel regret especially children's complaints if you stay here. There are many choices of hotels at this price but the facilities and services are much better. Traveloka should not sell this hotel because it is very downgraded and can affect your application.

At first I was shocked to go in and get a ticket and go out Even though it was short, it didn't even take 3 minutes and I was charged 4,000. The condition of the building is also very old, but thank God it's clean For the swimming pool it's a bit of a PR You have to get wet through the lobby because the concept is an apartment, right? Plus, if you want to take care of the check out, it's not Information that you have to wait up to 15 minutes makes you annoyed Plus, the concept is a hotel but there is a sink, funny hehe It's a mix-up, so you're just happy

The unit is quite spacious, but there is only 1 bathroom, so if there are more than 3 people staying, it will be a hassle. There is no stove, no dispenser either, well, it's according to the price. Oh yeah, the balcony can't be opened either, even though I chose to stay here because there is a balcony 😴

Bad, the place is old and looks like it's not well maintained. The receptionist is slow to provide service. They're all rude and don't smile much. It's really not good at being a 4-star hotel.
