The hotel staff are friendly & very helpful. The food in the restaurant is quite varied but the taste is not very good. Children are charged 100 thousand per person for breakfast at the restaurant.
We stayed in a deluxe room. We were only able to check in at almost 3 pm because the room was not ready. Maybe because the cleaning staff was in a hurry to clean the room, so the bathroom & bedroom were not very clean. There were lots of hair marks on the bedroom floor, bathroom, & washbasin. The toilet may have been old, there were lots of yellow lines/grooves.
Overall, the hotel is quite comfortable. The swimming pool & changing rooms are also quite clean.
Because we broke a tumbler in the bathroom, we had to pay 55 thousand.

The security guard is not very respectful, when we arrived in front of the hotel we wanted to park but we were left like that without any guidance and just looked from the door. The room is not soundproof, even if you close the door in the next room you can hear it from the room.
