Long time. Have often stayed at this hotel. The service is good. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is lacking. Toiletries soap and shampoo. Empty not refilled, have to call housekeeping at dawn need soap shampoo, The bathroom smells of urine, guest trash that has not been thrown away for a long time. Dirty floor with lots of hair. Hopefully can improve the cleanliness of the bathroom.

It's very enjoyable to stay here because you can get a very affordable price with luxurious facilities, the swimming pool is also cool, not hot from being exposed to the sun directly. The staff is fast and the parking is in the basement which is definitely safe 24 hours. Recommended

very impressive for the price that is currently dropping during the fasting month. although it is a bit far from the city but there are many food locations around, there are swimming pool facilities and the staff are also friendly. can park motorbikes in the basement safely of course. no regrets staying here

The Grand Zuri Hotel is very good. First, the transportation access to the Grand Zuri Hotel is very easy. It is right in the middle of the city, on the route to Medan.
