The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, the only drawback is the AC is not cold, it needs frequent maintenance.

When I go to Manado I always stay here, the service is good, friendly and fast, the rooms are clean, comfortable and my sleep is good without being disturbed at all, access to the mall is also close.

The suite room was comfort with the best view. One bad thing was only the wifi.

First time staying here. when booking ask for early check in (CIE) where it is normal for hotel management to charge CIE. 1 unique thing, hotel management does not ask for CIE charge, only asks for a 50K key deposit which will be returned when checking out as long as the key is not lost. the hotel is clean starting from the outside, lobby, elevator, corridor with the room of course. in the lobby there is a dispenser for free mineral drinks for guests & there are paid cold drinks. for the floor concept, in the basement we will immediately meet the security unit which is separate from the receptionist in the lobby. each floor has futura chairs to sit back and relax. each floor is a non-smoking area. for smoking, directed to the open area of the roof top. from the inside of the room specifically for hot water for bathing, smooth sailing. not many reviews for the room because it is already in the photo. for breakfast is available from 07.00 to 10.00 local time. the menu is varied and can be said to be complete. the first day there is fried rice, white rice, sweet and sour chicken, cap cay, chicken soup, coffee tea, slei bread, juice and fruit as dessert. fried rice can request omelet as long as stock is still available. the second day the food structure is the same but the menu is still varied. for service the staff is really friendly. the closest access to the shopping and entertainment center is Mantos (Manado Town square) with a walking distance of approximately 3 - 4 minutes. when checking out, make sure not to rush because the receptionist will ask for 1 minute of your time for a manual review on the hotel mini paper. overall, I am satisfied. later plan to come again. that's my review, I'll take my leave because if you go forward, your competitors are your own friends.

The hotel waiters and hotel security were very friendly.

Unfortunately, I wanted to extend my stay but couldn't, so I was a bit disappointed.
