When checking in, the remaining twin beds were okay, they could be put together, friendly service, clean room, clean toilet, hot water flowing, delicious breakfast with many food variants, the pool is just so-so. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, no complaints 👍🏻

Unpleasant stay experience and will not come back again. There is 1 staff who is not friendly, gave 1 room key and it was broken, the room cleanliness is lacking, there are animals such as centipedes / lolo on the bed, the room floor is dusty and dirty to the point of making feet dirty black, the AC is very noisy and the hot water did not work on the last day.

Everything is ok on weekdays, smooth. But the facilities decrease during holidays due to lack of employees and slow. It is normal for efficiency. Should add OB and at breakfast time so that there is no discontinuity in serving food. Hopefully there will be improvements.

We booked two rooms. The aircon in one room didn't work well, so we moved to another room that is better. The swimming pool was quite dirty, so many dead insects there. The others are okay.

Suitable for family staycation, or vacation from out of town. Because it is close to the natural tourist spot of Baturraden, not far from the city center either, the air is cool, you can see Mount Slamet closer. The pool/waterpark facilities are also quite safe and fun for children.

A good hotel with friendly service, large rooms and there is a bathtub and hot water. Overall for families it is very comfortable, there is a swimming pool and playground. However, only the variety of breakfast food is lacking, because I bring children I think most hotels should provide cereal and milk. But for management and others two thumbs up. Improve it again, okay.
