The price is actually very cheap so you get what you pay for. The security guard at the front only opened the gate, no initiative to help lift the suitcase hahah. Check in was no issue. There is a 100k deposit but it is very easy to return. The cleanliness of the room is a bit lacking. The bathroom floor is slippery/creaky in Javanese. The towels are very sad, so we use our own towels. The peephole on the door is broken, so it is covered with tissue. The clothes hanger is broken. The AC is very sad (it's cold but the threshold of turning on and off waits for it to get really cold before turning off, when it's a bit hot then it turns on lol). The mattress is also lacking The location is very good. Very, very good no debate We stayed there because it was from Sg at night and there was a flight to Batam the next morning. So yeah okay just to sleep

Maybe the price is cheap but the services are a little bit bad, the room is not too clean. The facilities are a little bit old. Overall, it is at the middle, not too bad but also not good enough.

this is my favourite hotel in Batam, good price surrounding with many restaurants, mini market and entertainment place. now this hotel has billiard pool in 5 floor.

The location is strategic, close to everywhere, you can find anything to eat, overall it's really good. I just don't feel comfortable with the room, there are small cockroaches huhu, pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, when I checked in the bathroom floor was still very wet, the AC wasn't cold enough. The staff didn't smile much but they were quick to take care of anything. If it's fixed, it's really good for that price.
