Hotel staff do not understand orders via the Application, people are tired and want to rest, but are confused by the hotel voucher that has been issued from the application, so they have to wait a long time to check in, please improve the performance of the employees. the room smells musty, there are no toiletries

The view of the hotel room is nice facing the hill/mountain. In front of the hotel there is a delicious seblak seller and it is near Alfamart. Unfortunately the water heater did not work and there was no information that there were snacks, only the next day it was informed and given. But overall, 7.5/10 for the assessment. One of the recommended hotel options in Curup.

The officer is not responsible, my ID card was not returned even though we have returned the key. I've asked for help to package my fare, but the officers dodged a lot. When asked instead of saying sorry. The room smells musty dirty, the bed linen is not replaced, then it leaks. I've also stayed at this price but not this bad. Breakfast only gets 2 cakes. It's not fresh either. If you can find another hotel, do something else

Stafnya goodlah. Tapi ya gitu sesuai budget kali ya. Tapi aku pernah di tmpat yg harga segitu, tidak semenyedihkan ini kok. Sabun mandi sepetak kecil. Handuk tidak ada. 🥲 tapi bersih. Katanya ada breakfast. Itu pas puasa, setidaknya ganti ke sahur atau hapus aja include breakfast-nya di keteranngan itu. Penipuan 😅
