Spacious room, clean bathroom, just a stone's throw to campus (State University of Malang and Brawijaya University), lots of food stalls and cafes nearby, near to Indomaret.

The AC doesn't work, it's stuffy because there's no other ventilation, the toilet leaks so the smell comes into the room and can't be closed.

The guest house environment is actually comfortable, but the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. When I arrived in the room there were dirty glasses full of ants and towels scattered, I don't know whose they were. The partitions per room turned out to be plywood (?). Then there were lots of sounds of activity outside, I don't know what it was. It seemed like there was a lot of activity around there (knocking, falling objects, etc.). No toothbrush and toothpaste were provided, only hand soap and shampoo (better bring your own from home). You get 2 towels, if you have sensitive skin I suggest you bring your own towel, because the towels provided are rough. The bathroom shower was a bit strange, inconsistently warm and cold. The bathroom in the room I stayed in was a bit scary. The good thing is that it's close to the UM campus, it's quite close to where I want to go. The guards are friendly, always there, and quite quick when I ask questions and ask for help. In addition, there is a mossy path in the front yard. I almost slipped hehehe. For the price of 200+ per night on Traveloka, I think it's not worth it, there are still many other accommodations with better facilities.

The regular room have cigarette smells

It's comfortable to stay in guest house living, it's just that the smell of cigarettes in the room, the other facilities are good and clean.

The room is very narrow and doesn't match the photo. Then the bathroom leaked onto the bedroom floor and was only held in place by styrofoam 🤦🏻‍ ♀ so the bedroom floor was wet from the bathroom leak 😬. At that time I met 2 staff, one was friendly but the other was not friendly. The mattress 👎 strategic location even though, that's my honest review, I hope it will be better in the future :).

The hotel staff is fine, there are no clothes hooks in the bathroom, the towels are small, the AC is not cold.

The accommodation is clean, there are eating utensils that can be used. There is hot drinking water too. Can make coffee. Noodles and tea. Stay 2 nights. ❤.

The black toilet hole is not clean, the TV remote is broken, there are traces of other people's cigarette butts in the bathroom.

A very comfortable and clean place to stay, at an affordable price and has quite good facilities including TV, AC, bathroom with cold/hot shower which still functions well, strategic location near UM and other facilities such as Indomart. Thank you so much, the guards are very friendly.

Kamar lumayan bersih tapi akses jalan jam 21.00 sudah ditutup jadi harus mutar. Bikin bingung karena belum tahu jalan-jalan di area tersebut.

Tempat strategis, dekat UM, bersih tapi tempat tidurnya agak gembos.

Apa-apaan ini, selimut tipis, air kotor, ventilasi buruk, tidak ada alat mandi, parkiran sempit, buat kos aja gak cocok, apalagi guest house wkwkkw.

Harga murah. Pelayan ramah. Yang ingin pergi ke Malang wajib nginep di sini. Deket dari tukang makanan deket ke kota. Mas-masnya yang jaga juga baik.

With the price paid for the family room, the facilities are not really good, the service is poor, no parking area can only fit 1 car even though the location is quite ok, there is no drinking water in the family room, you have to go out with makeshift facilities, when you want to take a shower, you get half a towel. Alias a sheet divided by 2 stitched hihihii. If you are poor, you won't be here anymore. Sori de mori.

Unique lodging, at that price the facilities include complete pol.

The air conditioner is not cold, the bathroom door cannot be opened.

Tempat parkir mobil tidak ada, bed nya pendek banget dan bunyi gesekan per nya, kayaknya bed nya ga ada box nya cuma matras aja. Kamar mandi tidak ada tutupnya (cuma pake selambu itu pun di tutup dari luar).
