bath water reservoir, use a bucket that is dirty inside and out. when asking for a replacement bucket, they give me a replacement bucket that is used for mopping. the water smells of iron / rust. the sheets are not very clean. mini version towels, small the staff is quite friendly..

Last night I stayed here, but the AC was not cold, the room was cramped, I complained to the receptionist but there was no response, I wanted to move rooms even with more money but I couldn't, the bathroom water smelled like well water, the room was cramped, the electrical socket was far away.

After booking the room and I arrived at the hotel, the room was said to be full, and had to add to move from superior to deluxe class, the bathroom was very bad. The room smelled of cigarette smoke.

I booked a room at Gunung Mulia Hotel but it was already full and I had paid in full, so I didn't get a room and was taken to another hotel that was half the price of Gunung Mulia. The room was dirty, there was no mat and the bathroom door couldn't be locked, it was only propped up with a stone. I was very disappointed.

Ini yang bener aja hotel hampir 900rb model gini. Kasur bantal bau apek, toilet kaya toilet umum. Terus gak dapet sarapan pula. Nambah 500rb udah dapet hotel bintang 5 sih. Jangan aji mumpung gini lah, mentang2 high season.
