Big and spacious room for a budget hotel but limited parking space due to the location of the hotel. Unfortunately there is no breakfast Buffet provided at the hotel but can just go opposite or at the both side of the Hotel and there are a lot of local food restaurants there. So there is no problem for morning breakfast. Check-in and check-out is very fast and the WiFi Speed at the room is good. Cozy place to sleep and I like it so much. Shall come back again next time.

Room is spacious for the price paid. Hotel is under upgrading construction work. Noisy during the day. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

The location, staff and service was okay but the rooms were infested with crawling cockroaches and the shower was too hot to bathe in. On the surface, the rooms looked neat and bedsheets were clean. However, when the table were wiped with wet tissues, its was all blackend and very dirty.

Finally the Air condition in the room has improved. Construction work at next building was too noisy during the day till evening. Construction work next building should have a sound proof barrier as not to annoy other residing at next building. This has been going on for months.
