We brought the kids and were given a smoking room. As soon as we got out of the elevator, we could smell the strong smell of cigarettes. The condition in the room was the same. We wanted to move to another room, but we couldn't. We were forced to rest in a room that smelled of cigarette smoke 😞.

The suite room doesn't have a sofa. It's empty. Only 1 chair. The table is not wide/deep enough, only +/- 30-40cm. It's hard to put things in, they'll fall. There's no proper wardrobe.

Sadly my experience already pretty unsatisfying from the start, with the FO staffs didn't bother to hand me and my friend a help of luggage and not opening doors, whilst three if the staffs happily chatting in the FO table. Second, the moment I entered my room, I got hit by a whaff of unpleasant smell, but at first I thought of nothing of it, then I move to the bathroom and found the source of bad smells coming from thedrainage behind the toilet seat. I tried flush it down with some more water but to avail, and at this point I really don't want the hassle of changing my room and just close the bathroom door for the entire stay, hoping the smells won't come out. But the area in front of the bathroom (the entrance) still affected every time I walk through. Third, since 1 am Last night, we can't get into the room cause apparently the keycard system is having troubles. We got help almost immediately that night. what icks me is there's 8+ hrs windows to maybe calibrate the problem, and today by 10am after breakfast, i had to wait 10mins for the problem to be solved and the staffs just left us hanging in the hall without any reassurance or what's their next plan, and I literally had to ask 3 times for the staffs to help out back and forth to the lobby, since I was in a rush for work, and that was such a wasted time on your guys end. i hereby conveyed my disappointment as fellow hospitality mates and such a shame with brand with calibre such as you guys. I hope it reach the right persons, so the Harper team would look into the matters and hope there'll be no more inconvenience for future guests. and I mean no harm, only good intentionandt sadly, what I experienced through out the stay just a little bit dissapointing. hope you guys can look into it!
