I arrived at (around) 8.P.M, check in proceed was very quick cos the staff already prepared the key. Breakfast was so good with various of food. The receptionist are friendly & helpful, especially on the last day when checked out, I had to leave my suitcase at the concierge and had to go to the mall for lunch, the staff lent me the access key to the mall. That's great.

Hotel is affordable and the service was nice. Staffs were friendly and helpful, the room is quite large and the bed is so comfy. Location is close to Mall Galeria, it has shortcut from the pool area & easy walk to the mall. Overall nice stay.

Staying for 2 nights, easy to find a food. You can walk 3 minutes to go to shopping mall. Room is big, also they give you extra pillow. They also quick response for something happened (in my case, our aircon is not so cold, but they fix it promptly)

Comfortable room, location on the main roadside close to everywhere, especially close to Ngurah Rai Airport. Only the variety of food is very lacking, not up to the standard of a hotel with a name. Thank you.

The hotel is comfortable, there is a balcony so it's not stuffy in the room. The staff are all friendly. The room is clean, the price is under 500 thousand, it's really cool. The food at the restaurant is not too expensive. The TV channels are quite good. Suggestions if you can add TV channels like TransTV etc., tq..

Fast check in and check out process, friendly staff, limited parking but assisted by free valet, spacious and comfortable room, delicious and varied breakfast menu. Thank you Harris Kuta Galeria. Next time I will stay there again if I go to Bali.

Pleasant stay for 5D4N. Credit for Mr. Ngurah and the front office team. Very helpful, informative, and have that proper hospitality act. Also shout out to the Housekeeping Team, they did a wonderful job during my stay. Definitely worth the price!

hello for all the facilities and services are very good because I choose Harris .. often stay at Harris Bandung .. for me maybe the breakfast menu is more creative again like the one in Bandung complete all the breakfasts are ok and delicious just lacking creativity for the other menus so as not to get bored tq for all if I come back again I will definitely stay here LG tq
