Have been back and forth here several times every Sunday. The price for room only is friendly. The AC in the room is cold, the TV works well. The equipment in the room & bathroom is also complete. Yesterday I got room 212, the bed linen & towels were clean and white. Thank you to HK who made up the room. Unfortunately the room is very close to the elevator & the window is given a sticker. So the room is like a void room. Nothing can be seen outside. But the window can be opened if you want to change the air circulation. It happened that Sunday there was a wedding event. Which lobby was small, and crowded with people chaotically. If there is an event, there should be an officer on standby near the stairs or elevator directing guests after the event through the side door of the restaurant so as not to make the lobby messy. Wanting to check out, the FO officer was in the room during the day. Called first then came out. Not on standby even though it was crowded and chaotic.

for some reason on Saturday night & Sunday morning there were no reception staff and no one in the restaurant on standby. maybe because there was no HOD. wanted to ask for help to deliver goods from gojek to the room when called but it was hard to contact. forced to go down but there was no staff. we wanted to take the goods that were left on the reception desk, when called also no one answered. there were officers outside but just stood there. seemed not to care. then the kids liked to play in the Playground area but yesterday the area was a bit dirty. we asked the reception for a late check out at 1 but they couldn't. they could do it at half past 1. already confirmed the request for a late check out before, at half past 12 they still called the room. ugh

The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is the best. The room atmosphere is very comfortable.
