Booked on a long weekend, it didn't look that crowded but when it came to breakfast it turned out to be quite a lot of guests. Breakfast choices are quite varied, all staff are friendly. The entire hotel is very clean and comfortable.

3 nights stay here gives the impression of being at home (homey), can gather with children, the holiday is very memorable even though it is only for a short time, only yesterday the water dispenser on my floor could not be used because it was said to be broken, so I had to buy drinking water from the beginning to the end. the service is also very fast and friendly, hopefully it will be more successful and will be better in the future ... if I want to go to Gading Serpong, I will stay here again.

I've had 2 staycations here, it's been fun..only yesterday there was an unpleasant smell from the kitchen area, and there were leftover cutlery from the trash can..but everything was forgiven by the friendly delivery staff...❤️
