Previously took a 3-night stay, then on the 3rd night took another smaller room for newlyweds — the impression was still the same, the receptionist was super friendly! the early check-in process was very easy! the room was fragrant, clean & the facilities and area were okay.. highly recommended!💛

Super awesome! From the initial phone call to reschedule, check in, while there for 3 nights & check out, the receptionist was very friendly! The room was spacious & fragrant! There was a refrigerator, kitchen & spacious parking lot — access everywhere was close.. an amazing experience! will come here again if I go to Pekanbaru 🤍

stayed from 29th to 1st January, the room was never cleaned with the excuse that it would be cleaned if there was a request, because I was annoyed, I swept the room I booked myself. I put the broom in front of the room until we checked out, the broom was still in front of the room door. The bathroom smelled, the trash in the room bin was never thrown away, there were lots of mosquitoes, no tissue was provided

Friendly staff, can order breakfast if you don't have time to buy it. Close to restaurants and the city center, facilities are the same as hotels, but the water smells a bit
