suitable for transit because it is close to the station, the guard is friendly, explains the facilities that can be used, the wifi is good, the air conditioner is cold, the bed is comfortable and clean

It's good, but there are several rooms where the air conditioner isn't cold, but overall it's ok. Cheap, clean, looking for good food, feels like your own boarding house, only maybe the air conditioner needs to be serviced because it's a shame that the electricity is too if it's on but not cold, but for others it's very good.
