The payment invoice was made after we checked out and there was no information regarding the length of stay, making it difficult to get reimbursement from the office (cash payment).

When you first enter the reception area, it smells very much like cigarette smoke that sticks to the reception sofa. It is not recommended to bring toddlers. The room smells musty, the curtains smell, and the room smells of cigarettes. There are cigarette burn marks on the table and trash can. Please improve the indoor smoking rules.

The room facing the karaoke room and restaurant is not comfortable, people want to rest until they arrive at the homestay but can't be comfortable in the room because it's noisy. Then when asked for help, the homestay employee frowned. Finally, I gave him a tip and then smiled. It shouldn't be like that. Because as an employee there, you have to provide the best service to hotel customers even though you don't get any tips from the hotel customers.

The female hotel CS staff is a bit moody, not very friendly, but the male is very friendly. The security guard is alert and ready. What I like about this Pondok Minang Homestay is the strategic access to food close to the surrounding star hotels. The room is highly recommended for couples, married couples and families, okay, low budget too. The facilities are quite pleasant. I like the many TV channels, the closet is really good, it can accommodate a lot of clothes, just landed from the airport, took out the contents of the suitcase and put it here. The shower water is strong and strong, the water heater is steady, the TV is big, the menu for ordering standard cheap food, but unfortunately there are no hotel slippers. The bed is comfortable, the AC is good, the trash can is clean, the double doormat, it is highly recommended for low budget.

Hotelnya nyaman dan bagus. Lokasi juga strategis tapi sayangnya untuk sarapan tersedianya jam set 8 sekedar saran jam sarapannya di percepat karena ga semua tamu bisa tunggu sampai jam yang ditentukan untuk sarapan doang. Overall oke banget! Sarannya Perbaiki jam sarapan aja.
