the location is behind mangga dua mall, so easy to get food and shopping. near with stasiun jayakarta also. the tourism nearby are old town and Ancol/Dufan. check in so fast and easy. the staff very humble and helpful. the room is spacious and comfort. the breakfast not so bad

This location is really cool, it's really close to Jayakarta station, so from the hotel you can just walk anywhere by KRL, it's fun

The lights in the corridor were completely dark and we had to use our cellphone flashlight to access the room..after we contacted the hotel, the technician followed up.
The toilet was not clean and the toilet seat was peeling and was no longer suitable for use..
The shower curtain turned yellow and had not been replaced for a long time.

The hotel is good, not far from the city center and public transportation such as highways and train stations. The room atmosphere is good, only the water heater is not on so there is no hot water. for food is very good

The room key needs to be topped up every time and there is no hot water even though it is at the appointed time. Fortunately the location is strategic. But the 2 problems above need to be improved.

Fraudulent hotel, rooms with broken AC for sale. Sweaty and can't breathe in the room, asked to move and upgrade but couldn't. Finally I canceled, the money was not returned. The UGLIEST hotel ever.

For that price, the hotel is quite ok, the decoration is elegant and nice, the hotel and the room are also clean, the staff are friendly. The breakfast menu is also delicious. It's worth it. I had a pleasant stay in this hotel though it's just one night.

Comfortable to stay in a spacious hotel room, the staff is very friendly, the elevator is also ready and fast.
