bad for check in service, because I arrived at 15.00 which is already past the check in time listed at 14.00. still have to wait for the room to be cleaned for almost 45 minutes and it turns out there is a misunderstanding between the service officers, even though the occupation is busy at least they can confirm to the guest that the room is not ready so they don't have to wait and there is no compensation, welcome drink or whatever. hotel facilities and atmosphere are okay for finding cool nature, silence and comfort. the restaurant can add heavy food such as satay or other Indonesian dishes because if you want to go out of the hotel to find food far away you have to take a vehicle. overall I am satisfied staying here only when check in is bad

The resort is nice but the rooms and environment are not well maintained. The building is old but the cleanliness and condition of the rooms need to be repaired, such as the walls in the bathroom are peeling and damp. The food is delicious and varied, typical of Central Javanese food.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. However, there are a couple of areas that could use some improvement. The pool could have been cleaner, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited and could be improved to offer more variety and quality. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, but addressing these issues would make it even better.
