it takes long long time for check in. this is my 2nd time stay here, in different year, different month, but the hotel didn't improves their staff service speed skill. and the hotel didn't flexible for check in time. even we are begging for early check in, its always rejected. but when we arrived therr on time, i still waiting for long long time for check in process. the Frontliner Staff also less friendly and less professional. i wish the hotel could improves their staff skill and upgraded the hotel design.

Friendly staff and we were given dinner and welcome drink and delicious snacks. For room facilities, it can be equipped with Netflix or something similar to make it more comfortable. And for access to the swimming pool, hopefully it will be done soon so it will be easier to get there. Especially if it can be equipped with a hot water pool, this hotel will be even cooler.

Hotel close to Batu city center, nice and comfortable room design. Access to the swimming pool is quite a bit of a loop.

Stay 4 Days 3 Nights (March 31 - April 3, 2025) Positive: - First time experience is the staff is friendly, polite and very kind, willing to show and explain everything, - Clean room, complete amenities, cold room, there is Netflix, there is AC, and others are complete - Get a Double Twin room number 301, the view is directly 2, to the highway & mountain, very cool, - There is lift access to the room, so you don't get tired of climbing stairs, there is a lift, just turn and you will arrive at the room - I got breakfast, the food is buffet, delicious, on the 6th floor for breakfast, for dinner on the 3rd floor, - there is a dinner package, only separated by a distance, for those who are hungry at night you can eat AYCE Buffet type - There is a swimming pool and the view directly faces the mountain, there is a place to rinse off, and there are also those who sell pop noodles at the place, pool swimming pool on the 5th floor - The hotel is close to everywhere, close to Alun Alun Batu, close to paragliding, close to Indomaret, Alfamart, places to eat, ATMs and others, - Very spacious parking area, there is a Ground (Basement) the staff is very friendly willing to guard and command the parking area Negative: - Check In was delayed for about 1 hour, I arrived at 14.00 exactly, the room was not ready, many visitors had not got a room, until some were angry asking to cancel, it needs to be improved again, because people come to the hotel may be tired from the trip or want to catch another schedule, so please prioritize to check in - The Room Door Handle is very heavy, for those who are not strong enough to push it, it seems very heavy, it takes more effort to open the door - There are several corners of the hallway that are peeling, many of which have some paint or walls falling off, maybe lack of maintenance from the hotel, a trivial problem but if you look at it, it seems lacking because it is a starred hotel and has received a reward even better That's the only drawback, maybe if there are still those who are hesitant to stay here, don't hesitate, okay?

When checking in, I ordered a double bed but got a twin bed. It was clearly noted when I ordered. So as a result, the beds were put together after I entered the room. Then in terms of food, because I was menstruating, I couldn't eat sahur and the children were still babies. As a result, I had breakfast. Eh, the food was like leftover porridge and not fresh. There was only a small menu.

The hotel is strategically located, the hotel is clean and all the staff are friendly. Every corner is aesthetic and instagrammable. It's fun to stay here. I will always stay here if I go to Batu again.. 🤣😀
