Overall it is pleasant regarding the location close to Gambir Station, the staff are very helpful, solution-oriented and friendly. The thing that needs to be improved is the unpleasant smell in the bathroom, making it uncomfortable. Thank you Horison

the room is spacious and comfortable, but the wifi can't connect, the staff is friendly and helpful, unfortunately the food ordered via room service takes a long time to arrive, the swimming pool is too deep in my opinion, because the pool is shared with children. if the depth is 1.5 it can still be tolerated in my opinion, but this is about 1.70 deep

The hotel staff from the hotel to the security are very mannerly, their hospitality is worth emulating by other hotels. The hotel is also very accessible, in Cikini, the city center, easy to go anywhere. The most minus, the plugs in the room are few hehehe.

The classic nuance is really there, the service is good, you get a welcome drink, the location is also really good because it is quite strategic. It's just that there are 2 lifts but only 1 is working even though both are on (there is no sign that the lift cannot be used, which means both can be used but only 1 is moving, making me have to wait quite a long time several times). In the room where I stayed, there was still a musty smell in the room, everything had been checked and it was clean. Another thing that is very unfortunate is that the AC temperature cannot be adjusted so it was cold all night. It was difficult to sleep at first, but fortunately because there was a bed cover so I could sleep even though it was still cold in the morning. In addition, I think the breakfast menu is not very varied, especially in terms of texture and type of food because there are more types of porridge.

The staff are all nice, even the security guards are not arrogant, all are friendly. But I felt disturbed when I saw the noise from outside, children running around since 6 am, I reported it to the receptionist around 09:00 but until 10 am the children had not stopped running from one end to the other, I couldn't continue watching, it was difficult to even rest.
