The bathroom sink was about to fall and there were no towels. Is that so. But when it was on the 3rd floor it was okay. The 2nd floor was less comfortable. Sorry

There were many baby cockroaches in the room, the toilet flush was clogged, I asked the staff for a broom so I could sweep the cockroaches. But the broom was not given.

Please maintain the cleanliness of the hotel, especially from small cockroaches which are often found in the rooms, not every room has hot water.

First we came and were given a room that was small and ugly, very dirty, the water from the bathroom came out into the room until it was wet, we complained, in the end we were changed to a room which was ok from the previous room, only the AC kept turning off, I said it but didn't pay attention, but the waiters are all quite friendly, the women are not so friendly, I'm talking like it is, so that there will be an improvement in the quality of this hotel, thank you.

The staff are friendly. Cleanliness is ok. To note. The bed in room 312 was broken. And the blower doesn't turn on. So the smell of cigarettes from other rooms came in. Hopefully Hotel 55 International will be better. And more successful. Amen. Thank you for your service during your 4 day stay.
