The staff is very fast, everything is delivered immediately, the food has many variations but the taste is just so-so, the only thing I don't like is the design of the room inside. The pool is clean, nice, there is a mini pool so the kids really like it and feel at home

The room is quite spacious and clean, love it! It's just a shame there aren't enough plugs. The breakfast menu variations aren't much, the taste isn't quite right for my tongue. But overall, it's a pretty nice stay.

Booked 2 family rooms & 1 executive room, the hotel room did seem a bit old & there were some furniture that was a bit broken, the internet connection in the executive room was not working so I couldn't watch TV. The hotel room was spacious, but the family room was not wheelchair friendly, because you had to go through several stairs. The hotel staff was friendly, the location was strategic & the advantage was the delicious breakfast & it was refilled continuously so don't be afraid of not getting breakfast.

I was a bit annoyed when I was given a smoking room, there were no towels, and the bathroom floor was slippery. Thank God, the staff immediately rushed to ozone the room, delivered towels and cleaned the bathroom again. The service is great The room is clean and quite enough for three people, prayer mats and the Quran are provided. There is a children's swimming pool and a private one separated between men and women. Cool For breakfast, it is varied and quite delicious. Keep it up For the location, it is very strategic to go anywhere, parking is indeed a bit limited. Thank you Alia Boutique Hotel

Strategic location, the room is ok for a family room, the TV is really good because you can use YouTube so the kids like it. But for the bathroom, please pay attention again, it's very slippery, I almost slipped, and the tiles in the pool area are also slippery. Maybe the type of ceramic makes it slippery. Very dangerous for those who bring parents. For breakfast, because I'm not fasting, the food was delivered to the room. When I arrived for the main meal, the rice was hard, the rice was cold. Only rice, 2 eggs, fish, no vegetables. I don't know if the sahur menu is the same. My suggestion is that there should still be breakfast at the restaurant because not everyone who stays is fasting. Maybe the hours can be rearranged.

The AC is not cold enough, you can change rooms. There are complete children's facilities and a private swimming pool, so it's romantic, the children are also happy, the couple is happy.
