Room 0713 that we stayed in was not very clean. When I first checked in, my wife found the coffee sachets and sugar sachets in a messy state. Please check the room in more detail before selling it. Thank you.

good facilities,,,friendly hotel staff,,comfortable rooms,,hotel that has private swimming pool facilities,,so each room can enjoy their own swimming pool for 45 minutes,,food prices are really worth it if there is an addition for breakfast facilities that match the food available,,for a vacation with family,it's fun to stay here,,this is a mainstay hotel when on vacation with family,,and couples are also okay.

When I first checked in, everything was fine, the problem came 2 hours after I was in the room, the AC was leaking badly, suddenly water had pooled on the floor, I wanted to call the receptionist but it turned out the phone was broken, I had no choice but to go back and forth looking for a cleaning service and then forward it to the technician, the technician came and the repair process took almost 2 hours, it was crazy.. 2 hours waiting for the AC to be fixed and the kids really wanted to swim, it turned out they had to book first and when they first arrived it wasn't explained that they had to book to swim..

strategic place near caffe and restaurants also mini market, staff are friendly but the wifi in our room isn't fast the room is comfy, the pillow, the parking car isn't wide theres only 15 cars available in

I stayed another night because for the size of the hotel the facilities are 3 stars but more complete compared to the hotel next door with the same name only additional green. here there is a sharia swimming pool so we only swim per family and limited to 1 hour so must make a reservation first. oh yes a little disappointed because on the 3rd day of staying there were small cockroaches in the room even though the previous 2 days were safe.

old hotel but for cleanliness is quite clean, seeing from the few workers I saw when I arrived. friendly staff, swimming pool also has a maximum time system of 1 hour and must be reserved in advance so as not to clash with other guests. so it feels like a private pool. swimming pool is also clean and not too deep (there is also a small pool). The cleanliness of the room is quite clean and the toilet uses a bidet, rooms and shampoo are also available from the hotel so if you forget to bring it, don't worry. for the location is very strategic, out of the hotel on the left there is naspad garuda, across TIM and there is kopi kenanga and at night there are many food vendors so don't worry about food. to the right across there is fore cafe etc. sooo so far Hotel Alia Cikini is worth it for just a staycation with family. I didn't take breakfast because it was more intended for those who were fasting (2.30-4.00) while my family and I were not fasting, so I can't give information about the food at this hotel.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast with a variety of menus can view the city from the height of the 10th floor of the hotel. There is a Padang Merdeka restaurant that has access from inside the hotel.
