Order the standard type, the room is spacious, clean, the bed smells good, the bathroom is clean, the facilities are complete, in the morning you get free snacks, the staff is very friendly, and the most famous thing is that when you check out the vehicle is clean. Next time I go to Puncak, I will come back to stay here

my favorite hotel, because I've often stayed here so every time I book if it's not in the romantic standard, I book the Virgo 301 room type, yesterday the romantic standard was out of stock..so I booked the Virgo 301, I can see the street, there's no doubt about it, it's very comfortable, nice and clean, most importantly it uses carpet so it makes you feel at home and it's not dirty, at first I only booked for one day, so I added 2 days and on the second day I booked directly at the office, without using Traveloka.

Overall, this hotel is good. Only the TV channels are still analog, there are only a few channels. It should use digital or use subscription TV to make you feel more at home in the hotel.

Cheap, choose the deluxe one, it turns out there is a separate room between the room and the sofa TV room. Double and single beds according to the picture. Delivered to the room, the room smells really clean and looks like a new building. Comfortable mattress and standard bedsheet cleanliness. Get food, you can choose and choose delicious mendoan tempeh. Get a key chain according to the name of the person ordering. When we sleep, all the vehicles that stay overnight are washed the best !!! Sure will come back again as long as the price doesn't go up wkwkwk The location is safe, enter the Cisarua road, not far and not uphill. The staff are all friendly, ah, I'm really amazed. The only minus is the wifi signal in the TV room, there is no signal in the bed room but it doesn't matter but keep loving it😍

From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff were very friendly, especially the security, they were very friendly and they even washed our motorbikes, which was really great. The rooms were also very clean. I highly recommend them. I will definitely come back here again.

Have stayed here several times. The place is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the service is satisfying. There are many freebies, you can get your motorbike keychain washed, get free food and the price is affordable. Close to the Cisarua market. It just needs to be installed with AC in the room to increase customer comfort. Because when the weather is hot in the room if there is no AC, it's a bit stuffy. Thank you, hopefully it will be improved again.
