Their beds were okay but toilet not function well. Breakfast only bread no other choices. To summarize it just so so.

The one guarding the reception until evening. So checking out at midnight there were still people. The security guard is also friendly. Rooms and toilets are clean, use a fan because it's already cold in Bukittinggi, get coffee, sugar, tea and drinks. The parking lot is also spacious. Get breakfast too. That's great anyway

The service is very friendly, we like it. Suggestions to improve cleanliness. In the bathroom the water was a bit stagnant, because the drainage was in the wrong position. Mop the floor with an oily mop, so the floor is greasy and doesn't feel good to step on. Hopefully better in the future.
