Very satisfying. All staff and security provide the best service, friendly, polite and fast. The hotel is also almost perfect for me with an affordable price. Strategic location, clean, comfortable and close to everywhere. There are also many foods around the hotel. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

highly recommended hotel if you go to Batu, at first glance the appearance. outside the hotel is not convincing but it turns out the room size is very spacious and one room contains two large beds, besides it is clean there is also a sofa, very friendly staff all starting from the security front office receptionist, cleaning service also the restaurant staff are alert to help and friendly, the food is all good taste and there are also many variants only one drawback if full occupants for breakfast have to wait list to take turns because seating is limited, but the arrangement of the staff is quite good and not too long to wait for the change of food, the swimming pool after use is immediately cleaned so its cleanliness is maintained, I ordered from the application deluxe room got a free upgrade because it happened to bring parents who have difficulty walking, thank you for your help, also the location of the hotel is very strategic right and left of the hotel there are many food sellers if you don't want to bring a car just walk out of the hotel to find food, thank you Batu Paradise if you go to Batu will stay there again the service is very good

the location is good, not far from jatimpark, there are many delicious food sellers on the right and left so it's not difficult to find food, close to the souvenir center, the room is clean, the room is also very spacious, the breakfast is also delicious, there are many menus, from salad, pecel, soto, soups, waffles, cakes are also available, it's okay, next time I go to Batu again, unfortunately the weather was not good when I stayed so I couldn't swim for long, it's very cool.

Best location to city center (walking distance to Alun-alun Kota Batu). Family friendly room with 2 king-size bed is really top notch (other hotels must follow). Friendly staffs and attentive staffs. Food taste good but variety can be improved. Room furnitures and amenities are a bit outdated. Overall good experience.
