Reception, customer service part, is very good. The room is well suited the price and class as well as the hotel. Environment is quiet, safe and comfortable for vacation time. I will come back to stay at Citradream Hotel if I go to Bandung city.

Simply the best hotel for a single traveler, who go to Bandung for business purposes on Pasirkaliki area, located on the corner after the jam (you'll understand), only 10 minutes walk from Kebon Kawung train station, 20 minutes walk to Padjajaran Stadium. Plenty of local food area near hotel. A clean, cold room with good pillow and warm water is enough for me.

City center hotel, comfortable and affordable. Only the parking lot is not spacious enough because the hotel is in the city center. For the location, it is close to everywhere including malls or places to eat. Thanks Citradream Hotel~

Wonderful staff. Very smooth to check in. Second time staying here. Comfortable room, well functioning bathroom and quite appetizing breakfast. The parking lot is quite challenging, but manageable. The location is close to culinary spots and Bandung Station. Next time will stay here again.

I stayed for two nights in room 304, which had a window facing the street and plenty of sunlight, that's something I really liked. All were nice as they prepared a single queen bed I had requested. The only downside of my stay was that they were working on something in the room next to mine, which caused a very noisy disturbance. However, other than that, everything was good so far. Also, I accidentally left something at the reception, but kudos to the staff for handling it with care until I was able to retrieve it days later.
