I am very satisfied with this hotel, I have stayed there twice, it makes me feel at home
from the mini zoo, swimming pool and breakfast, it makes the kids happy, plus there is a mini playground in the lobby that the kids really like

The final impression given is pleasant. At least this service is maintained. Input for service improvement. Cleanliness is very good, room facilities are good, wifi user pass is suggested to be written on paper or sticker card without waiting to be asked, please help provide a trolley bag, for the lobby security section, add it so that it is fast if you do park there, the valley is not empty or wait for each other or ask first. Narrow parking lot, when getting off in front of the lobby the security guard greeted us but the suitcases were not immediately helped to be carried (it seems there was no bellboy on duty either) because when checking in, the children played in the playground for 10 minutes, we had to bother carrying the suitcases up ourselves. Very bad hospitality. Initially I wanted to take the adventure (price 2 million) via WA but from the beginning I felt it was not worth it, tried taking the 400 thousand via the app, sure enough, the service was very lacking. Even though it was +10 days from Eid, not high season.

small room size, width around 2.5 m, it seems not as described, dirty water, dull towels, broken bed legs, looks gloomy, uncomfortable view near the stairs area and the building ornaments/trellises are not safe because the holes are too wide, I'm afraid someone will fall through the holes, the breakfast room is not wide enough, there are quite a lot of food variations, only the taste is lacking, thank you, hopefully there will be changes so that customers feel comfortable and come back again

2nd time to Jember, and also stayed at Fortuna Grande twice, this time tried the super adventure room, when we arrived we were given a welcome drink and complete snacks, drinks in the refrigerator were free, it was so comfortable, no need to go outside, the kids were already comfortable in the room. After skipping staying here several times, I was surprised because the lobby was transformed into a playground. I happened to bring my family, and my kids were very happy. The fitness facilities made my wife happy, and the swimming pool made my kids even happier. Unfortunately, the free breakfast and non-breakfast GAPs are very far away and unaffordable. So this time I skipped taking the free breakfast.
