The hotel staff and security were very friendly, helped me carry my stuff to the taxi, waited until everything was in the luggage, always offered to carry my stuff until I rushed over so I could bring my stuff even if it was just a carry-on bag.

The hotel staff is very friendly and very competent. We took the superior room with bathtub. The room was clean, and the bathtub was okay. The hot water was smooth even though it was a bit late at night using the bathtub. The breakfast was also delicious, the food was healthy and had many variations. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here. I will definitely come back to this hotel. It feels comfortable.

Friendly staff, security is alert. The downside is because the room is a connecting room type so the next room can open and close the door. So it feels unsafe if you want to go out. Just a suggestion, maybe the hotel should prepare if you get a customer who doesn't book a connecting room, maybe the connecting door can be locked by the hotel so it's safer for customers who don't book a connecting room.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. Overall, I really like it. The only downside is that it's not soundproof and there's a connecting door between the rooms, so if there are kids next door, you can knock and the sound from the next room can be heard when the kids are playing and crying. Other than that, everything is okay.

The atmosphere is comfortable and not noisy. The only minus is the pillow is small and thin, hopefully the next one can be like the others. You can get 4 soft pillows. So far good.

I book for the excecutive room But They gave us superior room and the bathroom. Look dirty and old. I book and stay for 2 hours and. I could not sleep there, so we booking another hotel and the room and bathroom much cleaneer and new.

Traveling to Pontianak on business, staying at the Gajah Mada Hotel, elegant and luxurious, large room size and a small sofa in the room add to the comfort of staying, a variety of food from western style to village style (fried bananas) are available.
