The hotel cleanliness is okay, the toilet is also clean, the room is clean, the view is good, the breakfast is quite good. The only thing lacking is the hard mattress. But for everything it's good.

the breakfast is delicious, the best view, the staff is friendly, the response is fast,, basically I don't regret staying at this hotel. It is recommended. for those of you who want to go to Puncak, just stay at the Pertiby Hotel. The price is affordable, you can still get breakfast every morning even though the order does not include breakfast

I wonder why the rating is good... With a price of around 450 thousand I think this is not a hotel but like a guess house... When I first entered the room there was a damp smell, the staff did not spray any fragrance or anything like that... The room is indeed quite large but there is no closet, the bathroom is narrow, I think the review is not the same as reality... Just once...

Low budget hotel with good quality. Friendly Hotel Staff. The place is close to the highway, tourist attractions and many places to eat. The room is clean and tidy. Always get breakfast even though you don't order the breakfast menu. Get a standard room but it's spacious like a family room because it's in the corner. The downside is maybe the location of the room has to go up and down stairs. And sometimes the water heater works at the beginning of the shower, in the middle of the shower sometimes it doesn't work if the shower is long. If you watch Netflix you have to register first and it's a bit complicated. But overall I'm satisfied staying here. Thank you.

The room is big, clean and comfortable, but smoking is not allowed in the room. It is suggested that smoking be allowed in the room so that guests who smoke do not have to go back and forth out of the room. Thank you.

Hotel with new building easy to find road access. I ordered a deluxe type, spacious room, clean, the bed is very comfortable even though there is no AC, a fan is provided. Got breakfast even though the application doesn't provide free breakfast. The staff is also friendly

The downside of this hotel is that it doesn't provide tissues, toothpaste & toothbrush, room telephone, proper blankets, and you can't complain about breakfast because the room price is also low budget.

Regarding the shortcomings of our Hotel, for tissues there are some rooms that we have not provided, but you can ask our staff at the reception, and for room telephones we have provided a WA number that can be contacted in each room to ask for assistance regarding the room, for toothpaste and toothbrush, I'm sorry Sir/Madam we still don't provide it, but there is a 24-hour shop close to our Hotel Sir/Madam, regarding the unsuitable blankets, we always maintain the cleanliness of our blankets so that they are clean when used by guests Sir/Madam. I booked a deluxe room, from the beginning of my arrival I tried to ask for early check in because my child was sick & I could. The hotel staff was very friendly, we were reminded to go down for breakfast. A hotel with a price of 200 thousand but the quality is not fake, maybe for the next one there can be a swimming pool and a bigger location.

The service is very, very thumbs up, especially the guys who guard the room at night, they are very good, for cleanliness, it is actually clean and fragrant, only the room we got was a bit damp. For the taste of the food, it's just standard, but for the price of the accommodation, it's worth it.
