Pros:- Lots activity surrounding the hotel (park, mall, food stall)- 2 drinks voucher during check-in.- Family friendly hotel with great hotel staff especially in pool area (they give towels and free mineral water)- Great room ambience even if the room is small.- Great bed, pillows and sheet. Cons:- Kids age 10 must pay full price during breakfast (IDR 325,000), with very limited menu variety that price is unacceptable.- Not allowed to have late check out.

Hotel location is very strategic, you can find traditional to international food easily here from the morning to dawn. I have to admit that the dinner hotel buffet is worth to try after a long journey and you are type of person who don't like crowded places. The cuisine is varied, taste delicious and smooth consistently through out the dish served there. During check-in, receptionist proceed it promptly and friendly as well.

1. Not comfortable for staying at five star hotel service, just for additional room service meal at night ask for paying during at night, can not for negotiate for tomorrow morning or charge at room. It 's five star and I'm stay for two nights and at first night already not comfortable during first day. If afraid with not paying sud ask each customer for deposit at first day check in. Very low level in service. 2. Repair room in morning and noisy at next room. This is five star! Not pay attention for others room still staying! 3. Even open door or servant people more good service than front desk or manager front desk. Terrible service front desk service or manager service for night shift!
