According to the price, good facilities, cold AC, normal hot water, clean toilet, clean and fragrant towels. Breakfast boxed rice, with an economical price, but good facilities, tks.

Staff hotel sangat baik dan helpful. Kebetulan saya waktu itu ketinggalan hape di mobil driver gocar yang mengantar. Beruntung ada staf resepsionis yang mau meminjamkan hapenya untuk saya menghbungi WA anggota keluarga. Untuk fasilitas kamar sudah standard sesuai harganya.

Pertama kali ke pangkalanbun dan langsung stay di sini, dan gak nyesel! Pertama kali datang langsung disambut sama resepsionisnya yang ramah dan mulai ditanyakan saya mau kamar yang bagaimana dengan preference saya. Saya dikasih kamar di lantai atas sesuai yang saya mau, kamarnya bersih sekalii dan wangi. Untuk amenities kamar dengan harga kamar semurah ini saya rasa sangat cukup yaa, kamarnya juga luas jadi ga berasa sumpek dan acnya sangat dingin. Hotel ini letaknya stretegis banget, mau cari apa-apa aksesnya mudah. Letaknya tengah kota. Saya mau urusan kesana kemari pun dekat, ditambah didepannya persis ada indomaret jadi mudah kalau mau cari apa-apa. Tinggal jalan sedikit banyak rumah makan. Staff-Staffnya juga helpful sekali, saya mau cari makan mereka rekomendasikan beberapa tempat, saya mau cari taksi bandara juga langsung dipanggilkan, best lah staffnya well-trained hehe jadi selama menginap pun nyaman ga ada kesulitan sama sekali 👍🏻. Breakfast disajikan makanan yang lumayan enak, walaupun saya jarang sarapan tapi kali ini habis karena makanannya comfort food banget berasa seperti di rumah 🤤. Pokoknya gak nyesel lah nginap di sini, excellent service!

It is not recommended that breakfast is just like the one in the picture, the shower water is really small. A bucket and a dipper are provided in the terminal toilet. At the beginning of asking the receptionist he said it was free to transfer to the airport. But it turned out that they were even asked for money when they were delivered to the airport, for me, it was enough to stay at this hotel once.

I am not satisfied, because I got frozen food but was asked for tips on time in the room, not at the reception, the air conditioner was not cold enough, there were no facilities for bathing, the curtain window could still be seen from the front, it didn't completely cover the window, eat breakfast there but Delivered to the room, with a little rice, side dishes of fried noodles and eggs Balado.

Booking for Economy 2 single bed room type, then upon check in decided to upgrade the room to Standard 2 single bed because in room info Economy is not provided towels. The room is clean, neat, and quite spacious, but no bathroom kit is provided. Breakfast is also varied, the crackers are delicious. Free tea and coffee in the lounge on each floor. When checking out I asked for a manual receipt as proof of room upgrade, and my mistake did not calculate the detailed contents of the receipt, it turned out that the nominal price listed on the receipt did not match the nominal value I spent on staying, but had followed up with the hotel for corrective actions. In front of the hotel there is Alfamart, very helpful to visitors, if at night next to the hotel there is a seafood stall.
