1. Broken lights 2. No empty power outlets 3. No toilet paper 4. AC is not cold 5. Water is not hot 5. Toilet has not been cleaned (still has traces of dirt)

The place is quiet, a bit spooky. But it's clean, and also, it's close to everything. The spooky thing is because it has a 90s vibe. It must have been an expensive hotel back then.

+ Near the station, friendly staff, security is very helpful when parking, spacious rooms. Get breakfast for two people. -minus more for the room according to the price. The AC is not cold enough, there is no warm water, the door handle is broken even though it still works, the towels are not suitable, and the room smells musty. Old type of hotel huh. The point is according to the price. Hehehe, if you want something more comfortable, there are lots of choices next door with pretty decent prices too.

In the bathroom of the first room there were 4 dead cockroaches and the bedroom floor had not been swept. Finally moved rooms but the bathroom was also dirty but cleaned. Wifi is not connected.

Strategically very strategic and close to Solo Balapan station, very suitable just for a stopover. The room is big, the bed is quite good, but the bathroom is not very clean and the water is very very small, the AC is not cold enough.

Lokasinya dekat stasiun solo. Tapi hotelnya kotor seperti sudah lama tidak ada pengunjung, lorong tidak dibersihkan, lampu kuning gelap remang-remang. Beberapa kali misscom saat minta dibersihkan kamar. Untuk singgah sejenak mungkin oke, tapi untuk stay lama, better cari yang lain.

+ Sangat dekat dengan stasiun.+ ruang luas.+ harga relatif murah.+ dapat sarapan.+ ada kulkas.- lampu utama lobi dan ruang tamu dimatikan menjadi gelap, tidak sesuai foto.- tidak dapat sikat gigi dan odol.- ac tidak dingin.- untuk kamar saya flush kloset bermasalah (kurang kuat nyetor air).
