The room is so comfy. I also like the building of the hotel. The domination of white makes this hotel so elegant. The outdoor swimming pool also adds the beauty of this hotel. Every part of this hotel is very good to take instagramable pictures. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

Fell in love once I arrived in the hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. They also have a swimming pool and the receptionist is very friendly. It was totally worth the price and way beyond my expectation! I am definitely will come back to Indies Heritage.

Too bad, the hotel concept is good but the bedroom has mold spots and smells of dust. The lights are dim, I asked for a change of bed sheets but it turned out the room smelled very dusty so I moved. And in the replacement room the walls were also moldy. Suggestions can be improved in terms of cleanliness & replacing the bed sheets with new ones

A very comfortable hotel for a vacation. The check-in-out process is fast, there is a 50 thousand deposit for the card. All the staff are very friendly. There are quite a lot of car parking spaces in front and in the basement. The room's washbasin was leaking but the staff quickly came and made repairs.

the room smells, I complained and asked for a room change but had to pay an additional 200 thousand for a room that was said to be more comfortable... it turned out that when I wanted to sleep, I opened the bed cover and checked the pillows and it smelled musty and had lots of black and yellow stains... the price of the room wasn't that cheap but the room really wasn't comfortable and wasn't kept clean.

everything is comfortable.. only room 221 or 220 I forgot.. the bathroom door can't be closed. and the lighting is lacking because the lights don't work

The hotel room smelled damp, the sheets, pillow cases, blankets and towels were worn out, discolored, dirty and smelly, all the pillows were rotten and smelly, to the point that I couldn't sleep soundly. When I asked for the sheets, blankets and pillow cases to be replaced with new ones, they were replaced with torn pillow cases. Really disappointing

The staff is friendly, I couldn't check in yet but I was allowed to leave my stuff. When the night came again to check in, the key access to the room was a bit difficult, but the staff helped immediately to give me a new key, the room was quite spacious, the air conditioner was quite cold, the bathroom was clean, only lacking in the towel section, it should have been replaced with a new one, because it was black and torn on the edges, but overall I really liked the service. Sorry there are no photos, because of the busy schedule, thanks indies.

The hotel has good ambience, the food from room service also delicious and the staff lady from ciamis I forgot the name was so nice. However when I called in the morning around 5am the mineral water its chargeable, its rarely hotel charge for compliment mineral water

Times for management to push housekeeping for doing General Cleaning in bathroom area…tiles yellow of mud, kloset also need brushing become white again also for towel and floor towel should be change to a new one because now not white anymore.
Room nice bit clean and tidy.
All of staff trained well and friendly.

The room smells damp, is not maintained, the bedside table is not the same and some of the legs are broken, there is no refrigerator, the bathroom lights are dark and the furniture is not maintained, the restaurant is not clean, the air in the hotel is stuffy. Very disappointing
