Was stayed at this hotel from 18-21 June 2024. There is water leak on my room (due to heavy rain) But the staff from Kaliban Hotel help me to move my stuff to other room (they ask for confirmation first, which is very good solution) Overall it 's a nice hotel to stay.

The first thing we entered the room, the chain to the lock was detached. Wi-Fi connection was always intermittent. The TV reception was poor, too. We also noticed that the toilet bowl had yellowish stains. Last but not least, my partner and I developed rashes while sleeping on the bed and had to apply lots of medication to soothe the itch.

On 17 March 2023, when I checked in deluxe room was 2 single bed and the room air con is very warm. So I request to change room and the receptionist ask me to pay another 100,000 rupiah ($ 10). Again check in another room Same problem air con not cold. They ask me to wait at lobby almost an hour to get to room cold. After an hour check in totally not cold. I'm really disappointed the service of the hotel. I'm not going to stay again or recommend to friends. Regards. 🤢.

When we arrived, the room wasn't ready. Cleanliness was so bad, plenty of stains on the bed, grey towels, smelly room.
