There is no coffee tea maker in the room, for its price class it should have been. The only good thing is the location, the breakfast is so-so, there is no menu for children either, there is no elevator so for those who bring suitcases it will be a bit difficult to go up the stairs carrying suitcases.

Spacious room, fragrant, trash can in the bathroom and room. There is a mineral water refill, non-smoking room. Towels are also fragrant. Recommended for staying in Cirebon

the hotel is clean and close to the shopping center.., the room and bathroom are clean, but there is no elevator, you have to go up the stairs. the breakfast menu is not very varied but the taste is quite good.

The hotel staff was friendly but made me angry when I asked for a BF to be brought to the room, but instead they answered me like this "You haven't answered my phone since earlier". Well, I was sleeping, who knows, besides when I asked for a BF it wasn't too late, it was 08.00. I didn't get emotional but felt it was inappropriate to get that answer, right?

the place is clean, comfortable, near the mall area, suitable for walking/exercising in the morning, there is a gasibu place to relax, the food menu is delicious, just need to add more variants. one more input: the water in the sink is clogged. Overall it is great, can be the main choice if you go to Cirebon. thanks

clean room, clean bathroom, clean hotel area, friendly staff..right next to CSB Mall, Transmart and Transstudio..booking only for one day..then extended to 4 days because of sudden office business..will be the main choice every time I go to Cirebon..thank you Lotus Hotel..
