The hotel is unclear. From the beginning, they did not explain that there would be a charge if there were stains on the sheets. If you don't want your sheets and towels to get dirty, don't rent it.

The electricity went on and off repeatedly, I couldn't rest comfortably, instead of introspecting to fix the electricity, they blamed the guests, people who didn't use anything were said to be using it incorrectly, this is the first time a hotel has its lights turned on and off so often and this is the first time a waiter has complained to a customer, the sheets were stained with yellow spots, the bathroom was not clean and smelled a bit. The cupboard was dusty, the availability of facilities did not match what was written, many were missing, the waiter was not friendly, when I complained nicely, he was rude and made me feel offended.

ok, only the room is not clean at the time of check-in, there is a trace of hair and the drawer is dirty with cigarette ash, for the TV it's a bit difficult to operate. The breakfast is decent, if sugar can be provided, there is only tea and coffee but no sugar is provided..

The check-in process is easy & fast, the room is spacious but there is still a lingering smell of cigarettes, an elevator is available, the air conditioner is cold, the bathroom has a water heater & towels but no toiletries, gets mineral water, good TV, can eat breakfast, room condition is still nice & clean. For standards, the rooms are very nice and clean. It's just that it needs a little cleaning of the curtains and between the toilet and basin in the toilet because it's a little moldy. The breakfast is also good. The service is friendly, but there is one lady at the counter who is a bit bitchy. One more thing, the parking lot is narrow, you still need to move other vehicles if our vehicle is inside. Overall, good.

Kelasnya aja hotel tapi wifi nya sangat-sangat lola, menginap semalam ga ada pake wifi nya sama sekali. Siaran TV nya satu aja. Udah 2 kali nginap di sini masalahnya selalu sama.

The hotel is near the Lotte wholesale shopping center, noise outside the room and in the next room is often heard and is quite disturbing. There is no welcome drink, especially coffee and tea in the room, there is no shampoo in the bathroom, the shower is broken.

The breakfast is good but the chicken is hard, the bathroom floor needs brushing, free breakfast, the car park is not spacious enough, the room drawers are not clean, please clean the walls because there are traces of attached eyelashes, everything else is ok.
