Hotel Marina Bima

The food is not suitable for the hotel rental price.

The AC is hot and leaking so the AC water drips. I have called the staff but no response. The facilities in the room are incomplete. Asking for an extra bed, they said the staff has gone home. Asking for more towels, they said I have to add an extra bed. So what should I do?? Even though if there is an extra charge for the addition, I'm okay. But everything is confusing. The wifi is intermittent and bad. The room area is not clean, the bathroom smells musty, the lights in the room are dark and some are out, I have informed the staff but only took a picture but it was not fixed. They said they didn't have time to check the room, it's clear that someone already knows who wants to check in but why didn't they double check the room.

Very helpful staff, clean, tidy room well worth the stay.

Air conditioning doesn't blow cold air, drunk people screaming in the hallway at 3am

The AC is not cold at all. It has been set at 16 degrees but it is only wind. Whereas in other hotels, the AC is usually always at a temperature of 28. It is time to replace the AC unit. I have stayed here several times and there is no improvement. It is still the same with the AC. Bima is hot.

Friendly staff, I came in the morning at 5 am and was greeted by the officer and we left our stuff to go for a walk to find breakfast. We were expected to enter the room at 10.30 am after there was an empty room and it had been cleaned. Thank you for the service.

Choice of hotel if you go to Bima, because the other hotels are in a more peaceful condition, the room lighting is dim, there is only 1 lamp, there is no lighting on the table, the AC is not cold enough.

Check in for transit at this hotel, given a room at the end of the hall which seemed a bit creepy. When asked to move, it was not allowed with the excuse that the rooms were full. The AC did not work, the room was hot and the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel, and will not come back to stay here again. I'm fed up.

Quite comfortable, the AC works well, the most important thing is there is warm water for bathing.

Very strategic for business trips

Kamar bersih, kamar mandi juga bersih untuk kebersiahan terus di jaga agar tamu betah menginap di sini. Mungkin perlu di semprot pembasmi nyamuk dulu, karena di dalam kamar ada beberapa nyamuk.

Inconsistent service, 2 years ago staying here, the room could accommodate 3 people (mother, sister, grandmother), was it because my uncle used to accompany me, so I didn't dare to reprimand him? Now just because my mother, sister and grandmother were staying there, only the three of us were asked to add an extra bed, the reason was because it was a shame for the 2 mattresses to be used by three of us, if it was a shame they should have been asked first, if the visitors weren't a problem why should there be a problem. I have also explained the condition of my sister who has special needs and my grandmother who is so old that 1 room has to be occupied by 3 people, but there is still no understanding, instead looking for defense because 2 twin beds are combined into 1. The experience of staying at a hotel so far has not I've never had anything like this before, very disappointing, next time I go to Bima I won't want to stay here again! It seems like the hotel management is not good, I read several people's comments and they didn't respond positively. It is not surprising that more and more comments written by visitors give unfavorable ratings. Maybe it's because there are fewer visitors, so there's an opportunity to force other visitors to add extra beds? Too bad.

The AC isn't cold at all... if you're sleeping it's okay... but if you're sleeping there are lots of cheaper ones.

Hotels are quite expensive in the city of Bima but the hotel facilities are not good, such as not providing hot water.

A nice hotel at the center of Kota Bima. Definitely will stay at this hotel in the future.

AC nya gak dingin sama sekali, padahal suhunya sudah paling maksimal 16.

Don't stay here if you want cold AC because this place the room air conditioner is not cold. Colder the air conditioner in the front office than in the room! Hotel paling buruk AC kamar tidak dingin! Dikirim teknisi ke kamar malah dí setting dry. Kamar mandi banyak kerak. Di bilang kamar dingin, aduh ini AC jauh dari dingin, saya juga punya hotel, saya tau mana AC yang dingin mana yang gak, panas begini! This hotel have really bad AC, isn’t cool! Wash your AC more often so the AC cold. Hal yang lebih konyol ketika anda meminta check in 3 jam lebih awal mereka meminta biaya kamar full harga semalam hanya untuk 3 jam lebih awal check in dengan AC kamar yang tidak dingin, buruk sekali.

The wardrobe was dusty, the WiFI didn't work. Seems like they do not really care about the maintenance in this Marina Hotel and focus in the new Marina Inn. If you don't mind spending a little bit more, you should stay at the new Marina Inn instead.

Hotel was clean with friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Quick response when there is a complaint, the staff is friendly and informative. It's like home because it's in the middle of the city, close to hawker/food places. Thank you all staff & crew at Marina Hotel.
