The receptionist at the front was fickle. Said there were still rooms, then said there weren't any, full. Smelled of cigarettes. We had kids. The guys had sour faces, didn't care. Even though he was the one who said there were still rooms. If you want to move, it's annoying.

We got stinky smell rooms. Smoking room. Even though already being ozonized. And one room the air conditioning was not working well, engineering came and the filter looks very dusty. Never booked again.

3x stay in March 2025 previously stayed in 2024. If possible, the soundproofing of the 10th floor should be considered more because around 20-22 hours it is noisy from activities on the 11th floor & activate the corridor & between rooms into the room (the door is given additional soundproofing).
