The hotel is clean, comfortable and has good ambience for family staycation. Unfortunately there is a little bit problem when I tried to rest at night because the live music stage too close with my room, the music was noisy and disturbing.

the room is very cozy and the ambiance very nice. Only the toilet need to upgrade.... the swimming pool also big enough for the kids to swim and play

We have great experience while staying in this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and neat. We got the connecting room, which was very nice for our family. The swimming pool is not too big but equipped by the jacuzzi. Thank you for the services

Fast check in, large room (special request twin), and great pool. Sadly, that was restriction for pool towel and when I asked for late check in they only gave me 15 minutes for taking a bath. For the three of us. Oh, c'mon. I should take the other Aston hotel as usual.

It was a perfect place to have a short staycation. The staffs were friendly and helpful. However, when we were arrived at 19.00 during heavy rain, the front gate security didn't allow us to drop our things in the lobby because we rode a motorbike. He demanded us to park to the open parking lot rightaway, so we should unpacked the stuffs under the rain. I was so disappointed at that time. I hope next time Neo+ (especially the security) could treat bikers the same as those who came with car.

Everything is great until there are power cut twice in a night. However, we enjoy the hotel facilities and its nice.
