good very good if there are bad reviews maybe it's just competitors. because there are many hotels around and maybe many are competing with quality. but in my opinion if you really want to go to Batu, don't trust too much with photos and video reviews on social media because many only look at photos

It's worth it considering the cheap price.. The only thing I regret is that the bathroom is very dirty, lots of hair and smells like it wasn't cleaned by the staff... the remains of the previous guests are still there... and the room is dusty... there are black stains on the linen... luckily there is a swimming pool so the kids are entertained

The room cleanliness is lacking. The blanket smells musty, the sheets have stains. The towels are given medium size, not the large adult size ones. When I asked for additional towels, fortunately they were given. There are gaps in the door leaf, so if the lights are turned on, the activities inside are somewhat visible from outside. Fortunately, it can be worked around, the mosquito net is pulled and hooked with nails. It's not bad because there is a swimming pool for children. There is no hot water for bathing (it's also my fault for not looking for information first because I brought a baby). For staying overnight, it's not bad at a price of around 100 thousand. Please improve the facilities to be better in the future.

I don't recommend it, in my opinion, the water often dies, toiletries are just towels, and there are no hooks for clothes, they're only in the bathroom, hopefully afterwards they can be fixed again. 🙏.

Helmet security at this hotel is lacking because I lost my helmet and there is no cctv in the hotel parking lot or security guard. Hopefully it will be an evaluation that has a hotel, thank you.

Suka banget murah ada kolam renangnya, cuma lantai kaya nggak dipel. Dan minusnya ngga dapet peralatan mandi dan sandal. Cuma handuk aja. Tapi tetep worth it lah ya staycation dengan budget murah.

My son bathed a lot of soap on his body, uh the water was dead. I have complained 2x to the receptionist and have not gotten any solution. Serious zone! The rooms are spacious but seem not well maintained. Dirty room corridor. I'm tired of not wanting to stay here anymore.
