The bed was not clean, the TV wouldn't turn on, the bathroom water smelled, the flash didn't work, 1 towel was clean, 1 was not clean, the bathroom was dirty, I just took a shower and then checked out because I wasn't comfortable with the bed, the guard/receptionist wasn't smiling/friendly

Dirty, smelly, full of mosquitoes, clogged bathroom, sheets not changed, wifi not working, no facilities whatsoever, you have to ask for hangers.

Processed by the receptionist! When we entered, it was not said that smoking in the room could be fined, when we wanted to check out, we were told that a 100k deposit was withheld for smoking in the room HAHA. The deposit could be more expensive than the price of the room. Very bad 👎.

Sangat buruk hotel ini, yang sepatutnya cek ini jam 14:00, saya terlambat datang, datang jam 19:20. Tapi kamarnya belum selesai di bersihkan dengan alasan banyak orang pesan hotel, so apa hubungannya kan, saya kan sudah pesan dari awal awal hari kamar nya dan sudah bayar kenapa dijual lagi. Handuk nya pun 1, sabun tak ada, seprei, selimut, bantal sangat kotor. Benar-benar pengalaman yang sangat buruk di hotel ini.
