The room is very dirty, let alone the bathroom😭 All the time there is no soap, no toothbrush, the TV is said to be broken even though it is not used to watch TV😭 yes, it is really cheap, but that is not how bad the bathroom is dirty smell sick, no no no no more, trauma The mattress has sperm stains, not replaced😭

Saya sudah booking tetapi tidak check-in karena tidak adanya pemberitahuan sebelumnya bahwasanya pemesanan dibawa 100 harus cancel/refund lalu setibanya sampai di sana barulah ada pemberitahuan tersebut. Lalu untuk refund dipersulit terlalu banyak yang harus di hubungi, ketika dihubungi panggilan langsung diakhiri atau ditolak. So bad.

Kamar tidak sesuai kenyataan, tv ada tapi gak ada siaran, kamar mandi kotor dan bau, kunci kamar tidak ada, jadi kunci dari dalam, sprei dan selimut kotor dan ada bercak nodanya, air panas gak ada, wifi putus putus, AC kurang dingin, nilai penginapan ini cuma 5 aja deh.
