Overall saya puas dengan bangunan hotel, tapi. Saya kecewa dengan resepsionis waktu check in. Saya sudah pesan jangan diganggu perkara sahur. Saya sudah pesan berulang kali, tapi dia mungkin lupa karena sibuk ngobrol dengan temannya. Jam 4 kamar di bel, ting tong, saya kebangun tidur saya terganggu Saya bener2 kecewa.

We came by four-wheeled vehicle, initially did not get a parking space in front of the hotel. But the hotel staff directed us to park behind the hotel which is safer and more comfortable. thank you.
