Affordable prices with good service and a really good view on the 3rd floor! Make you feel at home while staying there, the rooms are all clean, the hotel staff is nice and friendly, with a really affordable price, you can have breakfast in the morning. The location of the hotel is only 5-10 minutes walk from Mall Malioboro. No regrets choosing this and going back soon ^^

I really enjoy staying at Penak Malioboro Hostel, as the name implies penak which means good. Friendly service and a clean, cozy place to stay suitable for those who want to stay in low budget hotels. I think I want to go back to stay there when I visit Jogja again.

Staying at this hotel is very pleasant. The waiters are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel is strategic because it is close to Malioboro street and Tugu station. Also provided are some adequate facilities such as a kitchen and refrigerator. Guests can also enjoy a delicious free breakfast. I recommend this hotel for all those who want to vacation in Yogyakarta.

The place is very very comfortable. The concept of the room is okay, the toilet is very clean. The atmosphere at breakfast is great with views of the city from above. Friendly staff. And most importantly, the hotel is very strategic. Next Jogja is definitely staying here again, awesome.

disadvantages: bathroom has many small animals, flush water is clogged, when there is a repair the tap in the next room the water is turned off completely, AC leaks, the room has no fragrance so it smells, used sheets, towels, mats are placed in front of the lobby before being washed

Thank God, I was able to rest well. Maybe the plug in the box could be fixed because it doesn't fit properly. Maybe visitors who want to come here can bring an electric T or short cable for the room box.

strategic location, very suitable for solo traveling and close to Malioboro shopping center, can be walked. the hotel is a bit in an alley so only motorbikes can enter. clean rooms with AC facilities, bathroom equipment, TV, all are available. The guard is friendly

For the price it is too expensive. The room does not match the picture (standard room), the room size is too narrow, the bed from the bed is noisy. For the bathroom is quite good, and the staff is also helpful.

The room is not soundproof, so if the staff or guests are chatting it can be heard a lot, but so far the location of the accommodation is really good, it is close to Malioboro, Indomaret and BCA ATM so it is easy to just walk.

Clean bedroom and bathroom. No deposit, friendly and very helpful staff. The location is very close to Malioboro. Sleep peacefully without the noise of vehicles. From the 3rd floor the view is very good.

Not recommended especially for the mezzanine room. My family and I chose to check out at night because there was no solution to the room problem. One of my rooms had many ants coming out of the roof and holes in the room. Reported several times, only sprayed and still many ants came out. Because of this, we could not sleep and use the room comfortably. Have asked to move rooms (with an additional budget is okay) but they said it was not possible. Quite disappointing for the first experience of staying here. So we chose to leave the hotel because the treatment is more expensive if the ants enter the ears etc. When we left/checked out of the hotel that night, the hotel employees were just silent while playing with their cellphones. The plus point is that this hotel is close to Malioboro. But from me it is not recommended. Maybe it can be an evaluation for the owner or employees of this hotel.

For other things, it's comfortable, it's just that the clothes hanger in the bathroom came off and wasn't fixed, it's often checked again for that matter. Hopefully it will be a material for evaluation.
