The location is very strategic. For the room should be equipped with a fan, mineral water, water heater, and toiletries. The breakfast place is good on the rooftop. Only the menu is not varied. Only fried rice.

Staff is not smiling. The bathroom shower is broken, hot water only comes out for a short time. The room is not cold enough, only relying on the room window that must be opened. There is no AC in the room. The staff is not informative about where we should have breakfast and how it is provided. We stayed 3 days 2 nights in a family room.

The room size is very small for a single bed, it can only fit 1 person, with that room rate. In my opinion, it is not recommended.

Checkin and checkout are very easy, The room is comfortable, clean and tidy, However for breakfast you have to go to the 4th floor

We book the room for 4 guests with 4 single beds. The check-in and out was smooth. No deposit is to be deposited. The room was quite ok for the size and for the backpackers like us. Since the room has no fan and no air-conditioner, and Bukittinggi was not as cold as 8 years ago, the room was quite hot for us. The only option is to leave the window open to prevent all of us from suffocating throughout the stay. Only towels were been provided. No other amenities. The toilet was ok. The bed, the comforter, and the pillow were comfy. 5 stars for that. The water heater was well-functioning. The TV channels were functioning. However, the Wifi connection was bad. Always interrupted during the stay. Rental motorcycle is provided with reasonable prices. The breakfast was basic. Same food for 3 days of our stay (Nasi Goreng, Sunny-side Egg, and some kerupuk). But the chef entertained us with a great smile and service. Bravo. The hotel provides a free flow of drinks (Hot Tea/Hot Coffee). Plus, the dining area's view was great because it is on the rooftop facing two mountains of Marapi & Singgalang. 5 stars for that. The hotel is at the heart of Bukittinggi. It is nearby to famous landmarks like Jam Gadang, Jambatan Limpapeh, Fort De Kock, Lubang Jepang, Panorama, and so on. There are plenty of shops, laundry bars, groceries, restaurants, hawker stalls, cafes, malls, etc to enjoy.

Just a room with very simple facilities, no toiletries, no fan, no ac, room smelly.

In terms of location, it is very satisfying because it is in a strategic place and easy access and there are many culinary delights around the hotel. However, what needs to be improved is the completeness of the facilities is still lacking, such as the lack of soap, shampoo, toothbrush & toothpaste, hotel slippers.

Kamar terlalu sempit dan benar-benar susah gerak meskipun cuma sendiri dan gak ada mejanya, seprei agak bau, mungkin gak diganti atau apa? Nilai plus dapat sarapan nasi goreng dan kopi.

Tidak ada sabun, air minum dan lain-lain. Hanya kamar saja. Kurang terawat dan mengecewakan.

Dengan harga segini udah dikasih sarapan, Alhamdulillah murah banget.

Mantep kali, membantu banget nih hotel.

It ' s a super single bedroom, with highly comfortable mattress, clean, fitted well for one person, including TV, personal bathroom and toilet.

If it's just for transit, it's OK. The room size corresponds to the profile photo. The fried rice breakfast was ok. Standard price. Strategic location. There's just no fan, no AC. There are no windows. So it's a bit stuffy 😅.

The hotel is not bad 'only there is no lift' the reception is OK, the reception area goes up to the 4th floor, there is no car parking.

Sabun tidak diberikan kalau tidak diminta, baik saat awal check in atau memperpanjang. Untuk kamar single sangat bagus: water heater berfungsi dengan baik dan kebersihan serta kerapihan kamar oke. Wifi lantai 1 sering connected but no internet. Untuk kamar twin 101, water heater tidak berfungsi karena sepertinya memang tidak dipasang untuk itu dan desain kamar mandinya salah karena meletakkan lubang air di pintu kamar mandi dan itupun kurang menurun sehingga menyebabkan becek setiap kali habis dipakai. Water heater ini sangat penting di Bukittinggi karena udaranya sangat beku. Tolong diperbaiki secepatnya.

The positive: from the hotel you can walk to the Clock Tower. There are many places to eat around the hotel. Breakfast is available, although only fried rice and coffee tea. There are drinking water refills, but only on the 1st floor (lobby) and 4th floor (dining area). The negative: parking is difficult & limited. There are only stairs available, so it's quite stuffy going up to the 2nd floor (my room) and the 4th floor (for breakfast).
