The room was clean. Only the sheets had lots of stains, the blanket was torn at the edges. I got the room at the very end on the 3rd floor, facing the highway. The bathroom had dim lights.

Location close to the destination. ✓. Overall hotel building. ✓. Staff. ✓. Got room 201 which: - AC is not cold enough, - bathroom floor is slippery, - the first day the water is quite large, the second day the water is small. Still I gave a smile, because the price is cheap.

+ Good location, easy to Tugu, Tugu station and Malioboro. Easy to find food. - Need to fix the bathroom to be cleaner again, the 2 walls, paint the walls of some parts that look dull, bed sheets + pillow cases that need to be renewed. At least upgrade to Youtube TV, necessary in the digital age. Suggestions, small things and details need to be fixed at least coffee tea paper cups are available. Unfortunately the hotel should be better with that price rate.

Close to the monument, in front of the hotel in the morning there is a market. The AC is cold, the bathroom is a bit small, the mattress is good, there is also hot water.

The location is actually really good because it is very close to Tugu Jogja, but because it is around the market and comes during the rainy season, the road is quite smelly and pungent plus muddy everywhere. Access is only via stairs, the bathroom is not comfortable because the toilet seat is too low. The bedcover is super shabby.
