Stafnya sangat tidak ramah. Atas nama Indah. Kami ijin mau late checkout jam 12.30 saja tidak bisa. Padahal di hotel-hotel yang lain bahkan bisa late checkout sampai jam 13.00.

Old hotel but well maintained. Clean, quiet, but if you're a bit afraid of being alone, I'll take a deluxe room and it's big enough to be alone. Suggestions for the lobby staff could be to be friendlier, then help them carry things if there are guests who want to check in.
