Plus (+) : Friendly staff. Got hot tea. TV, AC, Water works well. Minus (-) : Toileters only got soap. Towels have lots of black spots. The cupboard is not usable, moldy. Location is in a small alley.

The hotel is very close to Malioboro Street, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The room and toilet are clean..... there is tea served every morning, there is motorbike rental if you want.

I've stayed here for two nights with my mom.. the check in and check out was very fast and easy. you need to give your IDCard or 50k rupiah as their TnC to get the keys.. they'll give it back when we check out. The lobby is good, the lift too.. but when I was on the floor Hall out of lift, it a little bit hotter than in lobby, maybe the AC was not working. but when we went inside the room, it's so cool.. even though we don't get soap or shampoo.. we got the other amenities and towels. we'll definitely back there.

Sorry, there are a few things we need to clear up. Firstly, Puspo Nugroho Hotel never asks for money as a condition for getting the room key. We only use an identity card for data input. Secondly, Puspo Nugroho Hotel does not use an elevator/lift, we only use stairs to reach the second floor. Third, our bathroom facilities always provide soap and towels. Shampoo is sold separately. That's all and thank you.

Alhamdulillah stayed for 4 days 3 nights with only my husband. Close to Malioboro even though the hotel is tucked away in an alley 🤣 for a PCX motorbike to enter the alley it still fits .. the parking area is also okay, the room is okay, only the door must always be locked if it is closed without a key it can't be done. The AC is also not very cold. There is no shower, hot water sometimes comes out sometimes not. Lastly, the TV can also be used safely. just got tea, towels, soap thank you, Hotel Puspo 🥰

The place is really great! It only takes about 5 minutes to walk to Malioboro for me who is relaxing. The bathroom and bedroom are clean, moreover the owner is very friendly. In the morning, hot tea is prepared in front of the room. The best! 👍👍👍

The hotel doesn't have a generator so if the lights go out it's super hot, the place is not clean and not well maintained. Luckily it was only for one night.

The staff are all friendly, very helpful. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are soft. I like the color of the curtains the most 😊 I have stayed here twice, in 2019 and 2024. If I have the fortune, I want to stay here. I have fallen in love 👍👍
